Tech 1 Services provides technology governance, cyber risk, AI risk, operational resilience, and vCIO advisory services to businesses. Our services are advisory in nature. Unless explicitly stated in a signed engagement agreement, we do not provide formal compliance certification, audit attestation, or legal advice, and engaging our services does not guarantee any specific security, compliance, or business outcome.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Tech 1 Services or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Advisory recommendations are based on information available at the time of engagement. Technology and cyber risk cannot be eliminated entirely, and Tech 1 Services does not guarantee that any recommended controls will prevent all incidents, breaches, or compliance findings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech 1 Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our advisory services, beyond what is expressly agreed in a signed engagement agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
